What makes Results On Purpose different from other programs?

Results Focused 
This sounds like a simple answer, but what does it even mean to be results focused? To an ROP practitioner, it means that everyone (literally everyone) in the company knows what Results they own. They can tell you in a single sentence why they are there. Furthermore, they can tell you what it looks like when the are getting that Result. In other words, they know what it looks like when they are killing it in their job. That in itself in extraordinary, but results focused is more. 

The Results that each individual owns are purposefully designed to be in alignment with the short and long-term goals of the company. Of course, to make this true, the leaders are crystal clear about the company’s short and long-term goals and they know what it looks like when they are achieved. Everyone is on the same page! 

Furthermore, everyone is given regular performance coaching and feedback to confirm that the work that they are doing is in alignment with the goals and that they are doing great work. 


A Winning Culture  

For a Results Focused organization to truly exist, a Mindset that manifests itself in the kind of behaviors that generate the right results must also exist. 

To an ROP practitioner, a winning culture is one in which everyone (literally everyone) in the company knows the “Mindsets.” These are the four or five words or short phrases that express the shared way of thinking and behavior that are required as a condition of ongoing employment. 

When everyone is not just doing their jobs, but doing them in a winning way, that just pours gasoline on the fire. It attracts other high performers and frankly, weeds out the low performers.

To be Results Focused and to have a universal Mindset in a company, the leaders must have a system that they are all using the same way and with increasing skill.
