Becoming a Results On Purpose Coach

Frequently Asked Questions

What does becoming a Results On Purpose coach look like?

The onboarding process for coaches at Results on Purpose is designed to equip them with the tools, mindset, and support needed for long-term success. It’s not a one-time event but a continuous process that fosters development and alignment with the program’s principles.

Comprehensive Training and Bootcamp
Onboarding begins with a foundational bootcamp, which will likely be offered multiple times a year. This initial training will provide coaches with an in-depth understanding of the Results on Purpose system, its tools, and its methodologies. The bootcamp may take place online or in person, depending on the group size and logistics. In some cases, individual bootcamps could be scheduled for specific coaches.

Opportunities to Observe Active Coaching

On a case-by-case basis, coaches may have the chance to observe existing coaching sessions in action. This hands-on experience is invaluable for seeing how the principles and tools are applied in real-world scenarios. By shadowing experienced coaches, new coaches can better understand the nuances of leadership development and client engagement.

One-on-One Support and Guidance

One-on-one coaching will be provided 2-3 times per month for the first six months as a licensee and on an as needed basis after that. These sessions will focus on executing the coach's marketing plan, addressing challenges and opportunities, and fine-tuning coaching skills.

Collaborative Community Learning

Coaches are integrated into a collaborative network where they can share insights, discuss challenges, and exchange ideas. Regular group sessions, mastermind meetings, and Q&A forums help foster a sense of community while providing ongoing opportunities for growth. This collaborative environment ensures coaches continue to learn from their peers and refine their skills over time.

Access to Resources and Tools

Coaches will have access to a library of resources, including video training modules, practice tips, checklists, and other tools to support their development. These materials are designed to be revisited as needed, enabling continuous learning. Additionally, short videos addressing common challenges and solutions will supplement the core training content.
