Thank you for downloading the Results On Purpose Scorecard!

This tool helps you understand where your business is at relative to a company that has implemented and mastered the Results On Purpose system. Although not every question will make sense, you’ll have a good idea where you stand.

It would be our suggestion that you have your leaders independently complete the scorecard and then compare the answers. If everyone is being honest, you will find that what one leaders thinks deserves a grade of A or B, another leader will grade a D or F.

It is an indicator that the team is not on the same page about the strengths and weaknesses of the company and that they are probably operating more independently rather than as a team.
